1. Services and Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online through our booking portal or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Punctuality: We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
  • Right to Refuse Service: For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of contagious skin or nail conditions, or anyone behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

  • E-Commerce: By purchasing items from our Shop, you agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Kelly Nails and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • Refunds: Please refer to our official Return Policy for details on product returns and service guarantees.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Kelly Nails and Spa and may not be used without permission.

Kelly Nails and Spa is not liable for any allergic reactions to products used during services if the client has not disclosed such allergies in advance. We are also not responsible for personal items lost or damaged within the salon premises.
