I have been a client at Kelly’s for 15+ years for a reason. The salon is the BEST in Gilbert. Always immaculate, the nail techs are SO friendly, and the work is stellar. I never have issues with my nails. Lilli and Lyn and Daisy and Kevin and Mary and Cookie are top notch. The prices are much more affordable than other salons in the neighborhood. Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We welcome both! While booking an appointment is highly recommended to secure your preferred time and technician, we always do our best to accommodate walk-ins as quickly as possible.

How do you ensure the tools and salon are clean?

Safety is built into everything we do. We utilize a medical-grade autoclave to sterilize all metal instruments. Any tools that cannot be sterilized (such as nail files and buffers) are 100% single-use and discarded after each session.

What is the difference between Gel (Shellac) and Dip Powder (SNS)?

Gel polish is cured under a UV/LED light, offering a flexible, high-shine finish that lasts up to two weeks. Dip powder (SNS) is a more durable alternative that uses a pigmented powder and an air-drying sealant. It provides extra strength to the natural nail and typically lasts 3+ weeks without chipping.

How long does a typical deluxe pedicure take?

A standard spa pedicure takes about 30 to 40 minutes. If you are treating yourself to our premium “Spoil Me Rotten” or “Rock Pedicure” treatments, plan for 50 to 60 minutes to fully enjoy the extended massage and deeply hydrating paraffin treatments.

Do you offer services for kids or large groups?

Yes! We offer adorable “Little Princess” manicures and pedicures designed specially for children under 10. We also love hosting special events, including bridal parties, birthdays, and girls’ nights out. Please call our Gilbert salon ahead of time for group bookings.

What should I do if my gel or acrylic nail chips?

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your gel or acrylic service chips or lifts within 7 days of your visit, come back in and we will repair it for you free of charge.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We curate high-quality, organic product lines for our specialized spa treatments. We also offer “5-free” and “7-free” nail polish options that are significantly gentler on your nails and skin.
